Job Summary: Work under the supervision of the Executive and Sous Chef to prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
Description:
*Prepare, season, and cook meats, vegetables, desserts and other menu items for guests in the restaurants and banquets.
*Perform the following procedures in the kitchen: sauté, braising, wood fire grilling, fry, blanching, emulsifying, steaming and poaching.
*Perform knife skills in the preparation and production of food items.

*Minimum 1 year of experience desired.
