Both helmets worn only a couple times and never dropped or damaged in any way (kept in bags/boxes when not used). Our new full-face "flip-ups" are sitting on our shelf abandoned and lonely! Seems a shame not to get used. Wife usually wore small, but this Med. fit her (different manufacturers size different). Best to try on first! Save a bundle on these new silver beauties. We switched to "shorties" shortly after purchase.
