Retail Sales Associate (Boutique Furniture Store - Spokane)

We are currently in the need for an additional sales associate in our boutique furniture store in Spokane. Qualified candidate will have an interest in interior design and decorating, some retail experience and a positive attitude.

Sales associates at our store help our customers furnish rooms, furnish whole homes or simply help them select the perfect lamp for their nightstand. Often associates work with clients on an on-going basis in the home to furnish and decorate entire houses.

The perfect candidate would be professional, highly motivated, a self starter, a quick learner, friendly, and good at multi-tasking. The store is a very fast paced, exciting place to work where you would get to interact and assist wonderful people with fun projects. An interest and "flair" for decorating and interior design is great, as we are not a high-pressure or "hard-sell" environment. As in all retail, the ability to work on your feet 8 hours a day is a must and the ability to lift 30-40 pounds is important. This is not a desk job. The perfect candidate must be able to work weekends. Please do not apply if you can not work Saturdays & Sundays.

We are a very busy store headed into our busiest season and need fast paced, eager associates to help our customers. This is a full time position that pays base + sliding commission. We ofter benefits as well as a healthy employee discount.
