2000 Alpine Coach 38 foot with two slides. Most available factory options included such as booth seating, real leather driver and passenger seats, computer desk and garden tub. The 350 Cummins engine has approximately 64000 miles. The colors are neutral tans and browns. There are day/night shades, reflective windows, fridge with ice maker and generous storage throughout. The storage bays are equipped with full custom built sliding trays for easy access. The large drawers in the booth seating are sturdy enough to hold an entire set of dishes and cooking utensils and are fully extensible for easy access. The microwave is a dual microwave/convection oven. The stove unit includes an oven and three burners.

The bath area is the most generous I have seen in an Alpine coach. You won't bump your elbows on the wall while brushing your teeth in this unit. There is a full length closet slide in the bedroom and additional half high hanging space in the bath hallway. The hallway hanging space is plumbed for a washer/dryer. There has been no smoking or pets in this unit and it has been meticulously maintained. The glass shower doors are as clear as they day they were installed, and all plumbing fixtures are thoroughly wiped down after each use. The kitchen floor was professionally replaced with laminate wood flooring.

Upgrades in 2009 include four new rear tires, Koni shocks and new house and chassis batteries.

1967 Aristocrat 17' Lo-Liner Travel Trailer (Spokane Valley) $1500

This is a very nice trailer, and the only reason I am selling it is to help with restoring my Mustang. I love this trailer and put a lot of work into it. I painted the inside, has a new ceiling vent, and the roof does not leak and I put RV/Mobile home roof sealer and it helps with heat in the summer. ALL the glass is there, and every window works and opens and closes. Also has a twin size four inch memory foam in the closet that makes a bad very comfortable.... All appliances work from the oven and three burner stove work, to the hot water tank, to the water pump, and fresh water tank. The toilet and shower work and does not leak. Has a new shower head and shower curtain. And it has a CD/AM/FM player mounted in the trailer. AND has a BRAND NEW Olympian Wave 6 Catalytic Furnace installed, and tires are good tread and the bearings have been very recently packed. The wiring harness has been completely redone with a 7 round plug, but since this trailer only weighs 2180 pounds, it doesn't require trailer brakes and a mini van could tow it. The 110 wiring inside the trailer has been updated and has a 15 amp breaker with 110 outlets on all the of 110v lights, and also has 12v lights. The refrigerator works awesome and depending on where you set the coldness level will freeze stuff if you make it too cold... (-: I painted the rear bumper and tongue with RUST STOP black paint, and I painted the propane bottles, front awning and stripes royal blue. ALSO has a BRAND NEW 1500 watt four stroke generator in one of the outside storage compartments that has extremely low hours and works great to power this trailer indefinitely. If your looking for a trouble free tow n go trailer that will give you no problems this is it. I have towed it quite a few places and it works great. 2005 Alpenlite Augusta Limited fifth wheel recreational vehicle. This unit is in excellent condition and has been very gently used. There have been no pets or smokers in the unit and it is stored inside. There are six - 6 volt batteries. The rear window provides fabulous views when parked at your favorite scenic locale. Part it at Pacific Beach and watch the storm roll in, or park in Bryce Canyon and marvel at the sights.

Almost every factory option available was installed including solar panels, awning, mirrored windows, day/night shades and power jacks. There is a large deep living room slide and a bedroom slide which provides a desk or hobby area with additional storage. The underbed storage will give you adequate space for extra bedding or hobby or craft items. The microwave is new and was factory installed. It has never been used. The three burner stove includes an oven and fitted range covers for additional counter work area. The design features an open bath with a private toilet area. The double door refrigerator is spacious enough for several days groceries.

The bedcoverings and decorative pillows were removed when new and placed in storage. They were only placed on the bed when we listed the unit on the market.

The storage bins are large and easily accessible with some areas pass through for convenience in storing longer items. There is a storage area accessible from the bedroom that is ideal for laundry or additional bedding or pantry items.

There were two new tires installed on the rear axle in November 2009.

i think it is 18 or 20 maybe even 24 feet in length never measured it to be sure also i never hooked up any thing in it to see if any thing works was used primarily for storage while we had no storage shed..shed built so no longer need it
it has everything a camp trailer should have as far as the eye can see..stove / oven, kit sink & counter tops, bath sink & counter top, rear bathroom with toilet & separate shower stall, center bedroom with bed frame no mattress, closet, cabinets, radiant heater, electric heater (forced air wall / base board), water heater, fridge, kit cabinets, no furniture up front in living area but has cabinets up front as well (i can put a old rickety futon frame in there if you like no mattress)..no known leaks in the roof, looks to be a one peace roof ?..tows good and running lights work, double axle = 4 wheels & tires (holding air), looks to have had some exterior body damage repaired ?..clear title in my name..the guy i got it from said he lived in it a while ?..it has a nice open floor plan compared to some (no long narrow hallways)..I'm sure it will need some TLC / work what it needs i don't know so please don't ask (everything could work then again everything may not work ? i do know the lights and the electric wall / base board heater works ok)..would be great for short term living or fix up for long term living, camping, hunting, office, spare bedroom for the in-laws, or even made into a shed on wheels again, snack shack on wheels you name it..$800 OBO or you can pay $500 for that small cab over camper on here..lol..
