hi my name is kim. im 22 years old. .im looking for a female roomate, in their 20s. must be clean and responsible. no drugs no alcohol. i recently broke up with my boyfriend whom ive been living with for the past 2 years. we have a daughter together. (i have 2 kids but one lives with his dad in washington) my lease is up at the end of november. my ex plans to renew the lease. which means if i dont want to stay with him, i have to move. the begining of this winter really turned everything around for me financially. our car was repoed just last week. so i need to stay in cda because that is where i work.
i wont mention quite yet where i work, but i can tell you its through tips only. weekends can be great. week days are almost not worth it but i work them anyway. i just started this job so i cant give an average of what i make yet but this month so far ive made aproximately 500 before taxes. ihave to do my own taxes at the end of the year. my job does not take them from me. with having children that doesnt leave much money for bills. so i need a roomate willing to live in a place where the rent is not high, and willing to accept whatever i can contribute that month after child expenses and personal needs. (gas, bathroom supplies, work supplies, cleaning supplies.. etc.) i also need to save for a cheap car.
im hoping for either a 2 bedroom to share with another person, or a3 bedroom for my kids. i do understand that would be hard considering my lack of pay. if i were to live with you in a 2 bedroom, i would require the master room so there is enough room for me and my kids. i also have a cat that i will be taking with me so you need to be willing to be around a cat and not be allergic.
i dont really have furniture. it all belongs to my ex. i have my son's dresser, an ugly couch and a cool shower head. lol. other than that i got a high chair and a crib lol.
