my roomate and i have parted ways and i am looking for another one. i have a 2 bedroom 1 bath trailer. i have a fenced in yard 2 parking spots. i am near schools and 5 mins from shopping. i know trailer park sounds bad but honestly i have been living here for about 4 months now and my lanlord lets us fix up the place and paint and put in any type of carpet we want. as long as you dont knock down walls she and i are ok with you fixing up your room to make it feel more cozzy. rent is 250 electricity is normally anywhere from 60 to 100. so you are looking at a total of 280 to 300 for the month. i am getting cable installed so i will have cable in your room and home phone will be installed soon after as well. i am looking for a roomate to move in at the beginning of december.

because of my roomate leaving i cant trade labor for rent i am sorry.

oh and i am a huge fan of big dogs and if you have cats i just want you to know that i do have an outside cat that does come in every once in a while. if its a problem i can have her just hang in my room when she visits.

We are offering a small room for the right person; we don't care about credit as long as you pay your rent on time. We don't care about your background, as long as you are a good person now and have been for at least 2 years. In this house we expect you to clean up after yourself, and help out once in a while, this is shared living not a hotel where the maid makes your bed, cleans your toilet, and provides you room service. If you dirty up dishes you clean them, you forget to lift the lid when you pee (for guys only) and splatter a little, we expect you to clean it up. We also expect common roommate courtesy like asking if anyone needs to use the bathroom before you take a shower.
We do have 2 small children in our home so we do, however, care about any substance abuse, it will NOT be tolerated in any way!!!

Little about the household; Jeff (Husband) is a construction worker and work varied hours, 44 years old. Me (Karen) the wife, is 25 years old and acts and feels like someone in their 40's, is a stay at home mommy, and student, but took the fall quarter off, a good cook, and put's my kids before anyone else!
Oldest son (Gabriel age 7) and (Michael age 2) Last but not least the pets; Oscar is our one year old pet rat that don't smell cause his cage/Tank is cleaned once every 2 weeks (or sooner if he spilled his water), and last but not least JAKE our fun loving pooch (black lab) he is a lover of all and is house broken and sleeps inside in a kennel at night loves any attention that is given and will lick you to death if you let him.
FYI
We both smoke cigarettes and we smoke in our bedroom so if that is a problem, you need to find another place.
Also remember WE are renting a room to you, thus this is still our home that we let you move into.
We don't mind sharing food but we won�t feed you on a regular basis.
