Driving along the city's steets we all have seen those waving employees holding signs--yet standing in the hot summer sun. They are not as happy doing it as they may seem, in fact, they were not hired with this chore in mind. It is wrong for an employer to subject laborers to intense heat (without umbrella or shelter) for long periods of time--just to try and increase their business. Auto mechanics in uniform should not be forced to stand on the streetcorner to drum up business.
