Part Time Bookkeeper (Spokane Valley)

Growing accounting office in Spokane Valley seeking a part time bookkeeper.

Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling a variety of duties to include:
AR/AP
Payroll
Preparing state sales tax reports and quarterly payroll reports
General ledger work
Account reconciliation
Monthly write up for various small business

Bookkeeper must have the following skills:
QuickBooks experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook
3 + years related experience
Self-motivated and extremely detail oriented
Excellent organization and time management skills
Able to work under pressure
Must have a friendly, upbeat, positive attitude
