One of the earliest decisions in planning your restaurant is your energy source for cooking your food. Gas or Electricity?

Gas ranges and convection ovens have better control of burner temperature compared to ranges powered by electricity.

Whether up or down, gas burners are responsive compared to electric ranges and convection ovens.
Gas ranges have no heat up time and no cool down time.
Gas ranges have a cheaper operating cost compared to the electricity. Food quality is another factor that favors a gas range.
Gas ranges create greater moisture content which is ideal for a commercial restaurant.
Baking with a gas range keeps food moist while cooking even in the oven chamber.

The ranges are in stock and ready for next day delivery.

All ranges and convection ovens are available in Natural Gas and Propane.

I have enjoyed meeting and working with independent restaurants and chef's over past couple years. I do hope that I can continue this with my new offering of products. Why are my prices so low? The question should be - Why are some of my competitor's prices so high? Most of my competitors market their products thru expensive salesmen, high-rent showrooms or affiliate schemes that drive prices up drastically. Buying group rebate programs that puts all the money in the Sales men pocket and take every last dime that they can squeeze out of the restaurateur.

I am different I want to make a profit, but I believe in leaving some money on the table to help offset your investment in your business.

There always seems to be a glut of used charbroilers, griddles, ranges, and deep fryers restaurant equipment for sale online, and for the budget minded restaurateur, the lure of almost new looking piece of restaurant equipment can be tempting. Usually the used equipment is sold "as is," with no warranty or possibility of a refund if it breaks down or needs repairs days after your purchase.

Quite often the availability of service for used equipment is not up to par for the service you would receive for a new unit purchased under warranty.

You never have any idea of how much the used equipment has been used, or how hard it worked. This can cause unforeseen problems.

Remember that many used items are being replaced by energy saving models.

Buying used equipment tends to also be a cash and carry experience. You will need to bring your own truck and enough people to carry whatever you buy.

You never know when an older model is due for a major overhaul or has been removed from NSF approval status of the National Sanitation Foundation. Some types of older equipment may fail to meet current health codes, which is no bargain if they cause problems with the health inspector.
