For sale is a floor standing large Bogard Deck Oven (4 ea large decks) appropriate for commercial use in a bakery. This is a large high end oven that any bakery would be proud to own. No upgrades needed here. It has an integrated oven loader / elevator on the oven front as an integral accessory part which makes loading and unloading baked goods easier with the flat paddle 7 foot paddle.
I purchased a building in which a bakery was outfitted at a cost of $300K and then went bankrupt. The oven had about 1.5 years of use, then has sat idle since. These ovens sell new for north of $100K and I would like to do both of us a favor by selling it at $25K or best offer. I have other bakery equipment for sale.
The Oven is located in Spokane, Washington 99206 and is operational and still connected to utilities for test and service. All is negotiable, but prefer that you certify the oven in place, then dismantle and move the oven yourself. That way, you may rest assured that the oven remains whole and in perfect condition, to be reassembled in the same way it was disassembled for moving and transport. Note that this is large (3000 kg / 6600 lbs) and requires a good logistics plan to move.
