We spent a lot of money and time remodeling this charming '76 (?) adorable 36 ft. Houseboat. (We spent way more than we're asking.) We used it as an apartment on the lake and docked it down at Bayview. We never spent time on getting the motor going, but we have an old Searay boat on an EZ Loader Trailer with a perfect motor for it, and we'll throw that in, too. Sleeps 6+! Semi-circular stairs on the back deck lead to the roof. *There is one small leak in the corner of the living room by the couch. Sleeper couch and both dinettes become beds. In the photos here, the back dinette booth fits one adult comfortably. New Fridge, New Stove/Oven, New Plumbing, New Continous Hot Water Heater, New Solar Power System. Fully furnished (unless you don't prefer). Comes with its own trailer. Our life plans changed when I was diagnosed with cancer 2+ years ago, and we hate to give it up, but it's part of the changes necessitated for our new life and future. I promise that you won't find anything like it out there!
