Piccolo 11W handlebar or seat bag. Saddle does need loops(like a brooks or similar) to be used as saddle bag. No racks needed but works great with racks also. 11 liter expandable to 18 liter carry capacity. Highly water resistant, made with water proofed materials but not seam sealed so not 100%.
