1984 evinrude 70hp 3 cylinder outboard motor, has 150 psi compression all cylinders, gear case resealed, pressure/vacuum tested with new impeller, gear oil, dyno tuned and tested to ensure proper operation, motor is a long shaft, non power trim, has lift assist cylinder to aid in lifting.
