I have 3 brand new Cisco 7970G Color Screen 8-Line VoIP Phones with Power Supply. I purchased these for use with an Asterisk system, by the time I got around to installing them and discovered I couldn't figure out the firmware upgrade, it was past the vendors return window. I don't have the experience to upgrade firmware from SCCP to SIP. These are loaded with SCCP firmware for use with Cisco telecommunication servers (no firmware changes necessary). I need to get these sold since I have already purchased other phones that are pre-loaded with SIP firmware. If you have the knowledge and skill, these are great phones with the color LCD display. I know they can be used with Asterisk systems like TrixBox, PBX in a Flash (PIAF) and Elastix. I've used the Cisco 7960 phones for many years which are good, but they don't have the nice back-light and color screen like the 7970 does.
