Description:
Raw milk is a whole food, rich in many nutrients that are beneficial to the body, like probiotics, raw fats, vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and vitamin K, calcium, magnesium and iron, as well as omega-3 fatty acids and beneficial bacteria. The probiotics found in raw, unpasteurized milk help balance the bacteria in your gut and due to the fact that it also contains digestive enzymes your gut is more able to absorb key nutrients. Unpasteurized milk is a great source of minerals and has the ability to boost bone density. Furthermore, the conjugated linoleic acid that is found in raw milk has even been discovered to have anti cancer properties.
A2A2 milk is known to be tolerated by those who are lactose intolerant or anyone else who experiences gastrointestinal discomfort when consuming A1 milk. Some studies indicate that A2 milk may be the healthier of the two.
