Completely sanitized, all parts removed and disinfected
Negative: did not come with headrest or with lateral abdomen pads. Some hard water marks remain. Back pad is clean, but stained.
Purchase used. Used for one year for my sister, who was paralyzed below T7. She felt safe and comfortable with the tilt feature.
