This position is responsible for designing, administering, and implementing internal programs for Skils'kin. Ensure training meets the expectations of our safety, skills, and empowerment programs. Will maintain and develop new tools to meet changing business and employee needs, compliance updates, and safety initiatives. This position analyzes learning needs and partners with subject matter experts to provide input for course content. Maximizes the effectiveness of various learning methods and systems and designs instructor-led, web-based, and hybrid learning programs. Works with others to ensure course materials are current, relevant to training needs, and align with program requirements and overall business strategies.
Experience and education:
• We prefer applicants with experience; however, we are willing to train.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Bachelor s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred but not required.

• Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years of age and have a safe driving record as determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier.

Compensation & Benefits:
These are hourly positions with pay issued every two weeks. This position qualifies for our 401(k) plan and accrues vacation and sick time.
