We changed out the 4gpm double hydraulic pump for a 20+ gpm 2 stage pump, added a flow diverter valve, upgraded the auxiliary valve, changed the control pattern so it is like a regular skid-steer (drive on the left, implements on the right) and changed most of the fittings/ hoses from DIN style to locally available American fittings.
All of the original hoses and pump and hardpipes are included, as are the various shields and guards we removed to make the upgrades easier. Also comes with the tools and manual we got with it. Less than 30 hours on the machine, it was for a special project and we don't need it any longer. It was used for an hour this winter to push snow around (what little we had!) and worked great. Willing to include a 'brand new in the crate' John Deere riding mower snowplow blade if you want it. This machine is light enough to be hauled on small utility trailers, unlike the brand name machines, which weigh upwards of 3,000#s
