This is a military New Holland skid steer used by the Air Force as a tug to load missiles onto planes.
It was converted to a full time snow plow. The blade operates hydraulically, up, down and tilt, with a spring trip. It has a very simple Deutz air cooled diesel motor, and only 192hrs.
