This watch was created in partnership with the Shanghai Animation Film Studio and was released to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the 1961 Chinese animated film The Monkey King: Uproar in Heaven, this model is limited to 2,000 pieces worldwide.
Design Inspiration
The "Magic Wand": The central seconds hand is red with gold tips, directly mimicking the magical shrinking staff used by the Monkey King.
Motion Dial: The blue sunray dial features an abstract radiating pattern that suggests the blurring motion of the staff as it is spun rapidly in battle.
Case Back: The solid stainless steel case back is engraved with a portrait of the Monkey King and his staff.
