We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Construction Laborer to join our team for local residential projects in the Sandpoint and surrounding area. If you enjoy hands-on outdoor work, show up on time, and want to work with a solid crew, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
• Assist carpentry and framing crews with site prep and layout.
• Load, unload, and organize high-end building materials and tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Handle basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Assist with concrete pours, demo, and general site cleanup.
What We're Looking For
• Reliability: You show up on time, every day, ready to work.
• Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transport to get to local job sites.
• Attitude: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job. No prior experience is required, but a basic familiarity with construction sites or hand tools is a big plus.
