Make a list of behaviors to correct and/or commands you would like your dog to learn, and I will teach you how to accomplish them quickly, in your dog's familiar home environment, and often in one visit.
I have worked with police departments, fire departments, veterinarians, SPCA, search and rescue agencies and many more organizations/companies as a professional trainer and consultant.
My Master's Certification was obtained through an accredited college for trainers using only humane, dog friendly training techniques and dog psychology instead of treats and bribes. I will get your dog to comply through a relationship built on trust, understanding and respect, not one based on fear, submission or food. There is no need to carry a pocket full of treats to have your dog accept you as his/her leader. Your leadership will turn into a partnership.
My certification includes training Puppy, Basic to Advanced Obedience, Kennel/Daycare Management, RCMP Tracking, Search and Rescue, Police K-9, Drug Dogs, Personal Protection, Security, Agility, Support Dogs, Temperament Testing, Breed Matching for Families, Nutrition and health. I have owned and operated my own training academy and managed others through the years, as well as doggy daycares and boarding facilities in Canada and the U.S.
I am also an AKC Approved Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. Please email me if you would like to participate in Canine Good Citizen testing, or to book an appointment for home consult and training.
