Rehoming two parakeets (Spokane valley)

One is a lutino. Not sure on the other one is but has red eyes. The birds come together they are not hand tamed. They have big personalities. They come with the cage, metal bowls, all accessories I have for them. Asking 400 rehoming fee. Very little wiggle room on the price.
