07 VW Passat 3.6l 4motion (AWD) good for parts but better to fix - $1,050 (Spokane Valley)

Very clean. Interior is like new. It will only start every other day and runs great when it's cold but once it's warmed up it idles lower than it's suppose to. It could be as simple as a intake manifold gasket. But more than likely it's a headgasket leak at the number 2 cylinder since it's throwing a code for a misfire on the # 2. Thermostat isn't kicking on the fans but it doesnt go above 200°. Comes with a ton of extra parts including a transmission. Spent $800 last summer on vacuum/emissions parts, new coils and a battery. It has to be put in service mode to remove the intake and access anything below the intake. This involves removing the front bumper, grill, and possibly the radiator depending on how much access you need. I've done this a couple times in the past and its relatively easy but I can't have the car partially disassembled (again)in the driveway of parents house. Stepmother wont allow it. She's 88 and bat s##t crazy senile and my father has dementia and can no longer lobby my cause. Ive lost my space to work on it and it has to go. House could be sold at anytime. It's in crazy nice condition and I've put a lot of time into it. $1050obo
