13.33 acres, wooded, two access roads, creek that runs through the property. Well pumps 5 gal/min. 650 sq ft house. Barn and carport approximately 500 sq ft each. All three structures have metal roofs. Root cellar. New, professionally installed three bedroom septic. 5th wheel comes with the property and is connected to a second smaller septic. Have title, all aluminum framing. Pump house has extra space, makes a good tool shed. 500 gal water storage. This land’s closest town is Chesaw. Tonasket, Republic and Curlew are half hour drive. I believe the nearest weather station is at the ghost town, Bodie, just a couple miles away. I have more videos I can send you: a walk through of the house, a 360 at the top of the property (good spot to build an additional cabin as you can see miles of wooded rolling hills. Walking distance to lakes. Two access roads to property.

For reference, the picture of me at the stake is at the top and center of the property. Sunny fields up top, then woods throughout the rest of the property with open areas here and there.

I am mostly looking to be cashed out but I am open to trades, up or down. I am a craftsman looking for fixer-upper’s, places where I can stay and work on a place for a couple years and then move on to another. It’s my idea of a great way to live.
