-22 years in Real Estate/Mortgage Finance. Currently inactive in OR as a Principal Broker, and WA as an Associate Broker. Owned my own brokerage for 7 years, trained and supervised new agents, managed 50 rentals, drafted forms and agreements, handled court appearances, accounting for multiple trust accounts into the 7 figure range, all advertising photography. Current inactive NMLS license. Managed roughly 15-20 Loan Officers, performed final file compliance, training, and payroll.
-Owned and operated a Rollback Towtruck, and currently own a power hydraulic tilt deck car hauling trailer with winch. I have bid landscaping cleanup, ongoing maintenance, rental property cleanout, and estate property cleanup and junk removal. I have a 17' flatbed with a liftgate, as well as a 18' box truck with liftgate, depending on the particular transport or towing needs a person may have.
Class A CDL with doubles/triples and tanker endorsements.
-Sprinker irrigation or general PVC repair. Drain scoping.
-Propane conversion, troubleshooting or repair for automotive engines or supplemental propane injection for diesel truck applications.
-Basic vehicle exhaust system work, basic welding, and basic mobile repairs.
-Both inside sales in addition to in-home presentation of products and services.
-Possible finish grade field/large lawn mowing, or hydraulic log splitting, or tree planting, pruning/limb up.
