A little about me: My name is Justin. In 2018, I graduated from college in Georgia and moved to Spokane for a position at a financial institution. I work 40 hours plus per week and look forward to spending free time exploring Washington and participating in races like Blooms Day. I attend a local church and a young adults group there.
I am hoping to rent to young professionals and grad students who would like a nice, affordable place to live with other respectful and hard-working housemates, but not the atmosphere of a college party house. The house is located close to Trent Avenue and has very easy access to I-90, Gonzaga, WSU's Spokane campus, and Spokane Community College.
I occupy the upper level (a bedroom, office area, and bathroom). Common rooms are furnished and window treatments are on every window. Pictures show main level common areas as well as the bedroom and bathroom (shared with one person) that are available. I am offering the following for rent:
I have 2 lower level bedrooms in the finished basement for $625 each. These two rooms are carpeted, as well as fully egressed and legal. Occupants of these two rooms will share the lower level bathroom. There is also a family room and a laundry room in the basement. BOTH NOW AVAILABLE.
I also have 2 main floor bedrooms for $575 each. These two rooms have wood laminate floors and will share the main floor bathroom. There is also a living room, and the kitchen and eat-in area on this level. BOTH NOW OCCUPIED.
Rooms can be furnished for an additional $25/month (full bed/mattress, desk/chair, nightstand and dresser). You will only ever share a bathroom with a maximum of one other person. All appliances (kitchen and laundry) are brand new. Each bedroom is single-occupancy only. No smoking and no drugs of any kind. No overnight guests. No pets. Laundry is on-site and free. House has central air conditioning. Mix of off and on street parking only at this time; there is also a large shop that I am planning to turn back into a garage. I prefer a year-long lease but have some flexibility. Utilities included in rent.
There is a $30 non-refundable application fee and proof of income is necessary. Background check will be done and references will be called. $300 security deposit (refundable if there is no damage) and first month's rent due at lease signing.
