I'm trying to find a lower-level roommate. (The kitchen would be shared by us.) I believe the lower half is actually larger; it has the larger of the two bedrooms, a large living room, and a separate shower and toilet. Although I haven't installed one yet, there are hookups for a laundry/dryer machine there as well.
Rent is $600 per month plus $50 for WSG and electricity.
I want someone that is as laid back as I am. Someone in their twenties or early thirties. Someone who works or attends college, as well as someone who has a cosigner (as required by the property management). Someone who doesn't mind cats (I own a cat). If you enjoy pool and pool even more, I'm also trying to get a pool table for the lower floor.
