Urban Decks is a growing decking company seeking a strong Lead Carpenter and motivated Laborers to join our team starting in early March. We specialize in quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and professional job sites — and we’re looking for dependable individuals who want steady work and room to advance.
🔨 Lead Carpenter – $30–$40/hr (DOE)
We’re looking for someone who:
Has solid experience building decks
Can read plans and lay out projects accurately
Leads by example and keeps crews productive
Has strong attention to detail
Prioritizes jobsite safety
Manages time well and stays focused
Takes pride in clean, high-quality work
Is comfortable overseeing crew members and keeping projects on schedule
🔧 apprentice/laborer– $20–$30/hr (DOE)
Looking for team members who:
Are highly motivated and reliable
Show up on time, ready to work
Stay focused and engaged on the job (phones put away except for emergencies)
Can lift 100 lbs when needed
Can help install beams and posts
Can place sonotubes correctly
Have experience installing Trex/composite decking and handrails
Can assist with building stairs
Follow safety guidelines
Want to learn and grow in the trade
No drugs or smoking
