R&R Heating and A/C is seeking a skilled and licensed Electrician with an EL01 or EL02 certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial electrical work, including installations, maintenance, and repairs. You will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical components of our HVAC projects are installed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
--Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in residential and commercial settings.
Work closely with HVAC installers to integrate electrical systems with heating and cooling systems.
-Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications to successfully complete projects.
-Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
-Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used.
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
-Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

-Valid EL01 (General Journey Level Electrician) or EL02 (Residential Electrician) certification.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installation and repair.
-Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
-Proficient in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
