Are you an employee, previous employee or client of Family resource home care and have had issues with the business. We need your story. I am a paralegal looking into doing a class action lawsuit against them.
I currently have 5 people who have been terminated falsely, 2 people who are claiming wage theft. 2 clients who are claiming that their Medicare was wrongfully charged. 3 employees who have been retaliated against either by scheduling changes or loss of work.
We are building a case against the Spokane branch and there employees. We need a change in how these home health care agencies treat the vulnerable population and the people who take care of them.
