Wanted: Crew cab F250 4x4 with a 2v 5.4 and manual transmission

Looking for a 98-2003 F 2500 4x4 with a two valve 5.4 and a 5 speed manual. Prefer a crew cab but would consider an extended cab.
Please include pictures and general location when replying. Must have a title. Not interested in anything with rust, peeling clearcoat or missing paint.
