Monthly rent is $2,295 plus the same for Deposit. Pets Negotiable with a nonrefundable $500 pet fee depending on the size and the kind of a pet you have, but I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PETS OVER 40LB!
CREDIT, RENTAL, EMPLOYMENT references required and CRIMINAL BACKGROUND WILL BE CHECKED on all potential tenants will be performed.
Credit report and criminal background will be considered for all potential tenants, as a part of the application process.
I am willing to work with all Credit scores and levels. AS LONG AS YOU HAVE MONEY FOR THE FIRST MONTH, DEPOSIT and possibly LAST MONTH RENT depending on your credit situation, rental, employment history and monthly income.
