I’m looking for a roommate to live in one of the rooms in my two bedroom apartment. I am 25 and a full time student and I work part time, so I am looking for someone ideally around the same age as me who is quiet, clean, responsible and queer friendly.
The apartment is located within walking distance of multiple bus stops and Whitworth university. Additionally the apartment was recently renovated by the landlord, so the washer, dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator are all new.
The rent price is $600 + utilities, so expect around $700 a month.
