Warn 8274 in perfect working order . Known for the speed and efficiency. I have controller and fairlead also but would have to dig out if requested. $600 for the winch by itself . Can discuss if want controller and fair lead . Also willing to trade for a decent set of 35 or bigger tires for 16in wheels unless you got wheels also that are 1 ton dodge or Ford . Possible other trades for dodge 2500 let me know what you got .
