Offered are stainless steel dairy 250 gallon double wall mixing tanks, other stainless mixing and hold / filling tanks, hydraulic lifting table to raise the tank/s up to 8 feet for gravity flow transfer, transfer pump, titanium heat exchanging equipment for pasteurization of products, filling machines, and labeling machines.
This suite of equipment was assembled in order to manufacture cold process soap and other beard care products for Beardbrand. It was used for approximately 10 years, and now retired. All of the equipment is food grade, some of it from a retired dairy, some of it custom manufactured for specific manufacturing needs. All of it is first class without compromise.
I would like to sell the equipment as a suite, but understand that your specific needs may be different from capabilities assembled in this group. You will never have another opportunity to find an assembled group of turn key equipment to start or enhance your business.
For those interested in Cold Process Soap production, I have a line on some custom made equipment to manufacture cold process soap in 3” round pucks. I sold the equipment to a custom soap maker and it could be for sale again.
This sale consists of the following individual equipment which can be purchased together for savings and to save you the time and treasure to assemble the working suite of equipment.
250 gallon stainless dairy mixing tanks (2 available). These tanks are double walled rectangular outside, top feed hinged opening and bottom pour from 2” sanitary fittings with stainless valves. The inside of the tanks are smooth and sloped for easy and complete drain. A mixing motor may be attached to the top center for a constant low shear mixing regimen. Originally the tanks were cooled by an externally supplied coolant. For our purpose, we added titanium heat exchangers to the tank inside for heating. This allowed for pasteurization of the product. The heat exchanging equipment consists of stainless rolling double walled tanks with heating elements and pumps to move heated water through the titanium heat exchangers.
Custom Stainless Max Power Lift LPT-96XXH, 2500 lbs two stage scissor lift, 34” x 57” lifts 2500 lbs to about 96”. This lift provides for efficient load, mix and transfer of 250 gallons as if it were a water tower gravity feed of products. Google sort by “Max Power Lift LPT-96XXH” to get a short list by “Lift Products Inc.”. The photo you will first see is a standard painted ferris steel lift. My lift is all stainless steel and a significant upgrade. This lift is a special order, upgraded to all stainless, from control boxes to platform to frame. This is a professional grade lift appropriate for washdown if needed. Pendant controls for operation.
200 gallon tanks (2 ea) that are designed for holding and mixing. Both tanks are single walled and have top load and bottom pour through sanitary fittings.
50 gallon stainless heated mixing tank that is designed for mixing product with precise heat controls for consistent products. 220V 3P about 35 amp total or 20 amps with one heating element operating. Top load, bottom pour through 1.5 inch sanitary fittings.
15 gallon stainless rolling mixing and pouring tank. This tank top feeds, has precise mixing controls for speed and a jack screw to raise and lower the tank. Useful for a multitude of manufacturing operations including mixing and gravity feed pouring product.
Custom Italian made filling machine which fills either quarts, half gallons or gallons from the same machine. Designed to be flexible to automate small business for filling products. This machine is stainless food grade that you would be proud to own with a parts package of extra seals and cylinders. The filling machine is air driven and would require an air compressor to function.
Filling machine for 1 gallon jugs designed to be simple and efficient. The stainless steel machine is gravity fed from a reservoir and fills 4 jugs at the same time from a reservoir.
Filling Machines from 1oz to 8oz are available. These are either piston filling types for small thin liquids or piston filling for viscous liquids such as creams or salves.
American made Universal 310 Labeling machines for 1 oz to 8 oz containers. These machines are electric controls over air and electric activation by foot pedal for approximately 15 - 30 units per minute depending on operator skill. I have three of these machines.
Several other labeling machines that are useful for hand labeling and labeling flat boxes.
