Story: This oven was part of a bakery start up, used for about two years, then the bakery went bankrupt. I purchased the building with the equipment. My business was manufacturing cosmetics and soap. For a long time, the oven had an application in my business to pasteurize oils packaged in 1oz glass bottles. Way over kill for that mission, but this is a nice machine for a baker.
The oven is designed to receive a rolling speed rack and has the capability to lift the specialty rack off the deck and spin it slowly in order to bake evenly. These specialty racks can be included in the purchase, are specialty items of stainless with the proprietary lifting fixtures.
This oven sells for North of $24,000 plus Tax. You may have it for half price @ $12,000 OBO.
