Our service is designed for clients who need comfortable, fully self-contained* accommodations while their project is underway.

Both units feature spacious living areas, private bedrooms, full kitchens, bathrooms with showers, heating and air conditioning, and the comforts of home for extended stays.

Approved Locations
Our RVs are delivered only to:
• Residential home construction sites
• Major home remodeling projects
• Commercial RV parks
Site Requirements
*The approved location must provide:
✔ Electrical service (Tandara 50 amp, Alpha Wolf 30 amp)
✔ Potable water
✔ Sewer connection or approved dump service
The renter is responsible for providing and paying for all utility services throughout the rental period.
Please Note
This service is intended for temporary accommodations provided through the rental of a recreational vehicle. It is not offered as residential housing or as a landlord-tenant rental.
Our RVs are not available for:
• Permanent residential occupancy
• Vacant or undeveloped property
• Remote or off-grid locations
• Recreational camping
• Hunting camps
• Sites without utility hookups
• Locations that cannot safely accommodate professional delivery, setup, and pickup
Renters provide their own bedding, linens, cookware, dishes, utensils, towels, and personal items.
Security deposit required.
Approved pets considered.
No smoking or vaping.
