Update: After some inspection it has been noted that the keel bolts are rusting and should be replaced. The boat will need to be hauled out and have new keel bolts installed, if you do some searching online on Catalina 30's you will see what other owners have done to fix. The keel is still in tact and in no immediate danger of failing but should be repaired soon. This repair could be $5,000 so I have lowered the asking price significantly.
