1999 bay liner 19 ft open bow. Out drive and engine have been rebuilt previously. No title have to be ownership in doubt process. So 3 yrs gotta hold onto boat I believe after u buy it. It’s been sitting so will need new fuel battery some tinkering. I’m selling it in as is condition at a discount. So 2500 obo as is. If I run through shop tinker new battery, fuel misc little stuff and get titled price goes to 5k. Just want gone. Serious buyers only don’t waste my time.
