Hiring: Operations & Project Coordinator — Residential Construction
Bugle Construction is a growing residential construction company serving North Idaho and Eastern Washington. We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, detail-driven Operations & Project Coordinator to help our team run projects, schedules, customer communication, and job details with excellence.
This is a key role for someone who enjoys bringing order to a fast-moving construction environment. The right person will help connect the office, field, customers, subcontractors, and ownership so that projects move smoothly and details do not fall through the cracks.
**Responsibilities include:**
* Maintain and update the master project schedule in Buildertrend and Excel
* Track leads, estimates, customer follow-ups, and next steps
* Support the field superintendent with job schedules, materials, subcontractors, photos, and job updates
* Help organize job files, contracts, selections, permits, approvals, and project notes
* Coordinate weekly customer updates for active projects
* Track change orders and help make sure approvals are documented before extra work proceeds
* Help flag deposits, progress draws, final invoices, and billing reminders
* Prepare weekly project status reports for ownership
* Attend jobsite visits as needed to gather updates, take photos, and support communication
* Help keep the team accountable to tasks, deadlines, and follow-through

**Construction experience is preferred**, but strong organization, communication, and follow-through are required.
This is a full-time position with a mix of office and field coordination.
**Pay:** $27–$33/hour depending on experience, with opportunity to grow based on performance.
