Hello and good day! I picked up this car club plaque a while ago in Sacramento, California. It would be so cool to learn the history of the club. Any information from someone who is familiar with the club would be much appreciated. It's a keepsake item for me because I spent some of my younger years just up the road in Newport. Spokane was the first bigger city I learned to drive in.

It's a thick aluminum plaque measuring about 9 1/2" by 4 3/4". Thank you!
