Since there has only been one example that I can find of an older bank note being certified by PMG with dye pack carmine ink i’m open to gotta have it for my collection offers. If it is something I need to explain on how what and why you probably are not the person to be getting this. Somebody who deals in this or in bank notes in general wouldn’t need to know a lot about it. What it is how it is shows lots of history and authenticity if you know what to look for..
please call only when interested and ready to make a crazy offer because you’re not going to find another one of this caliber.
