As our team expands, we're looking for a reliable U.S.-based virtual assistant who can help support our remote engineering workflow. The main responsibility is simple: receive a company laptop at your U.S. address, keep it secure, and help provide a stable internet connection for approved remote access and basic setup support.
This is not a heavy technical role. Most tasks are simple and can be completed by following clear instructions. The ideal person is responsible, responsive, and has stable home internet.
Typical responsibilities include:
* Receiving and safely storing a company laptop
* Confirming delivery and package condition
* Keeping the device connected to stable internet when needed
* Assisting with simple setup or troubleshooting steps
* Communicating quickly if there are internet, travel, or availability issues
This is a flexible part-time support role, usually requiring around 10-15 minutes per day.
