About Us:
Touchdown Tuxedo is a locally owned formalwear rental and retail shop serving the Post Falls / Coeur d’Alene area. We’re a small, tight-knit team experiencing steady growth and looking to add a dependable part-time team member.
We work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. During busy seasons, full focus and efficiency matter. When the work is handled, we foster a laid-back, team-oriented atmosphere that values genuine customer relationships.
Schedule:
- 15–25 hours per week
- Primarily afternoon to evening shifts
- Saturdays frequently required
- Closed Sundays
- Increased hours required during peak prom and wedding season (April–June)
- Greater flexibility outside peak season
Compensation & Growth:
- $17/hour during training
- Increases to $18–$20/hour based on skill development, speed, accuracy, and independence

Responsibilities
Front of House-
- Greet and assist customers
- Measure and size customers for formalwear
- Help multiple customers at once during busy periods
- Register wedding parties
- Enter customer information accurately into our system
- Process rental pickups and returns
Back of House-
- Assemble and prepare tuxedo rentals
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Basic alterations (hemming pants, sewing buttons — we train)
- General shop upkeep and cleaning
- This role regularly shifts between customer-facing and operational tasks.

Experience & Education:
- No degree required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Customer service leadership experience is a strong plus
- Willingness to learn is essential — we provide training
