Wheel chair van with lots of miles and usage but still does the job!

Has had a lot of repairs done, I have all the receipts.
Currently doesn't start, but runs great when jumped. Have a new battery for it but wasn't able to install it.

It is a VERY low clearance vehicle and requires a careful driver.
