We’re hiring a Sous Chef/Kitchen lead at Watson’s Lakefront Resort, offering $18-$24/hour based on experience. We’re a seasonal, elevated comfort-food kitchen with garden-to-table flair, led by a veteran chef who’s a strong mentor. You’ll mirror the chef, handle orders, run lunch, learn scheduling, open/close, and confidently lead when the chef is away. We’re seeking a calm, positive communicator, passionate about growth, who leads with humility and respects the established vision.
