Early start, 20 hours per week approximately could be more.
5am / 6am - 11.30am
Duties include but not limited to:
Keep buffet line well stocked, temp the food consistently, keep buffet line clean, refresh food and change Schafers when needed. Check supplies and let cook know what is low.
Must have excellent customer service, if quiet enough walk around refilling guests coffee and chat.
On feet majority of shift. Must be able to pay attention to detail use initiative and have a food handlers card.
