Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations: Warmly greet and check guests in/out, providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
Problem Solving: Use initiative to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with positive, effective solutions.
Reservation Management: Monitor and manage the room count, verify daily reservations, and ensure there are no duplicate bookings.
Communication: Handle phone calls, take messages, and coordinate closely with housekeeping and management.
