Hotel Front Office Manager
Busy front desk seeking a manager that has some experience of a front desk. This is a working position. Tuesday - Saturday but may vary. 8am - 4pm but occasionally a mid shift to train evening shifts. Will have to learn audit shift.
Planning, organizing, coordinates and is responsible for reservations, rates, aiming for high occupancy and high ADR. while maintaining guest satisfaction, employee efficiency and courtesy.
Build a team that follows all hotel policies and procedures, control expenses without sacrificing guest satisfaction.
Communicate and work well with all the other departments.
Take care of guest complaints.
Attention to detail is very important, cash handling balance the end of shifts, training employees and all the while with a happy attitude.
